What Does “Remarkably Uncommon” Mean?
It’s a typical construction story…You’re in the middle of remodeling your kitchen. The crew members are messy and rude, they leave their tools and supplies all over the place even over the weekend. Now the contractor is coming back at to you with some additional costs at the last minute. Your in-laws are coming in two weeks. You’re supposed to host the big family get-together, and you’re starting to panic. “Is THIS what I’m paying for?”
At Krafted Homes, we’re “REMARKABLY UNCOMMON.” This means we’re exceptionally extraordinary in the way we do business. We want to go above and beyond what is needed or expected to serve our clients.
In most cases, a client has a specific idea for a project and receives bids from a number of contractors. They’re looking for who might have the best work, who will do it the fastest, or who will do it the cheapest. Other companies may over-promise but under-deliver. Maybe they’ll come up with ways to make you pay more once they’ve been awarded the contract. This benefits the contractors, but it may leave the homeowner with lackluster work that came in late and over-budget.
That’s not how Krafted Homes operates.
We make sure each and every client gets the highest quality, the best craftsmanship, and top-notch professionalism. We’re honest with our pricing and schedule. Our general contractor Paul Hockersmith will personally visit your home to meet with you and assess if this can be a win-win situation. If it’s not the right fit for whatever reason, he’ll let you know and not waste your time. If unavoidable changes and/ or charges come up, we’ll let you know as soon as we can but do whatever we can to stay in-budget and on-time.
Other contractors may not take your whole home into consideration while they’re at work. They might track dirt on to your carpet, leave trash all over the place, or just generally leave areas looking like a mess.
That’s not how Krafted Homes does things.
Our on-site craftsmen leave your home clean and orderly at the end of the day, every day. We’re here to serve you and make sure your dreams for your home become a reality with as little fuss and mess as possible.
Our office team will check in with you regularly just to make sure everything is going well and to listen if it isn’t. Did demolishing your kitchen create some anxiety? Are you losing sleep wondering, “Will they have it done in time?” Did the faucet start leaking? We’ll take those questions and concerns back to the project managers to ensure it gets fixed. Even after we’re done, we will make sure all our work continues to live up to your expectations.
That’s Krafted Homes’ “REMARKABLY UNCOMMON.”
